🍗 Best Chicken Recipe (Restaurant Style)
⭐ Serves: 3–4 people

🌶 Ingredients:
- Chicken — ½ kg
Dahi — ½ cup
Pyaz — 2 medium (bareek kacchi)
Tamatar — 2 medium (paste ya bareek)
Adrak lehsan paste — 1 tbsp
Hari mirch — 2 chopped
Lal mirch powder — 1 tsp
Haldi — ½ tsp
Dhaniya powder — 1 tsp
Garam masala — ½ tsp
Namak — zaiqe ke mutabiq
Tel — ½ cup
Hara dhaniya — garnish ke liye
🍳 Cooking Method:
Step 1: Chicken Fry
Kadhai me tel garam karo.
Chicken daal kar halka golden hone tak bhuno (5–6 min).
Chicken nikal kar side pe rakh do.
Step 2: Masala Tayyar
Ab isi tel me pyaz daal kar golden brown karo.
Adrak-lehsan paste add karo — 1 minute bhuno.
Tamatar, dahi, lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder, namak daal kar achha mix karo.
Masala ko 5 minutes low flame pe bhunai do jab tak tel alag na ho jaye.
Step 3: Chicken Add
Ab fry kiya hua chicken masale me daal do.
½ cup pani add karo.
Slow flame par 10–12 minutes dum per rakho.
Jab gravy thodi thick ho jaye to garam masala aur hari mirch add karo.
Step 4: Garnish
Hara dhaniya daal kar serve karo.
